Thank you for attending the Albemarle County Medical Society .  The purpose of this website is to allow physicians and healthcare professionals who attended the Albemarle County Medical Society to claim credit and receive their CME/CEU certificate online.

This site will be available two weeks after lecture each month.

Note: To receive CME credit you must register to this site and complete the Conference Evaluation.

How to Claim Credit:

1. To claim credit, click on the Register button in the Activities box.

2. Complete the Site Registration Form, which will provide you access to the Conference Evaluation.

3. Create your log in and password for future lecture evaluations.

4. Complete the Evaluation by clicking on the evaluation link located on the right hand side of your screen under Step 3 Assessments.

5. Upon completion of the Conference Evaluation, your CME Certificate will be generated in PDF format located under Step 4 Certificates.

6. Click on the certificate link to view and print your certificate.
